Subscription Terms

By opting in to receive communications and subscribing to the warranty services from Smart Choice Warranty ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Consent to Receive Communications

By providing your contact information and opting in, you consent to receive marketing, promotional, and informational communications from Smart Choice Warranty via email, SMS, phone calls, or other means. These messages may include updates, special offers, service reminders, and other relevant information.

 

2. Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by:

- Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in email communications

- Replying "STOP" to SMS messages

- Contacting our customer support team at support@smartchoicewarranty.com

Opting out of marketing messages does not affect service-related communications necessary for your warranty coverage or account management.

 

3. Warranty Subscription Services

By opting into our warranty subscription services, you agree to be billed regularly, monthly, or annually, as per your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize Smart Choice Warranty to charge the payment method you provided for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

 

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

- Logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions

- Contacting our customer support team at support@smartchoicewarranty.com

 

Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period. Refunds may be issued according to our refund policy.

 

5. Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Smart Choice Warranty is not responsible for any additional charges incurred.

 

6. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. Your contact information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.

 

7. Service Availability

Communication and subscription services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee the timely delivery or accuracy of messages and are not responsible for delays, misdirected messages, or service interruptions.

 

8. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Opt-In Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will take effect upon posting. Your continued opt-in constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Smart Choice Warranty Affirmative Consent Agreement

Month-to-Month Electronics & Appliance Service Plan (For California Residents)

Consumer Acknowledgement and Consent – California Auto-Renewal Law Compliant:

 

By signing up for this Service, I confirm that if I am a California resident, I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of the Smart Choice Warranty service plan for electronics and appliances. I affirmatively consent to the following:

1. Recurring Monthly Billing Acknowledgement

I understand that this is a month-to-month service plan that will automatically renew each month unless I or Smart Choice Warranty cancels it. I authorize Smart Choice Warranty to charge the applicable monthly fee to my provided payment method until cancellation.

2. Cancellation Policy

I understand that:

·       I may cancel this agreement at any time by emailing support@smartchoicewarranty.com or logging into my customer account at www.smartchoicewarrantyplans.com

·       Smart Choice Warranty may also cancel this agreement at any time, with advance written notice, by applicable law.

·       Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

3. Disclosure of Terms

I acknowledge that I have received, reviewed, and understood the full Terms and Conditions of the service plan, including coverage details, exclusions, and limitations.

4. Electronic Communications Consent

I consent to receive all notices, disclosures, and documents related to my service plan electronically at the email address I have provided. I understand I may withdraw this consent by contacting Smart Choice Warranty.

5. Affirmative Consent

I affirmatively consent to be bound by the recurring monthly billing terms and all other provisions of the Smart Choice Warranty service plan as required by California Business and Professions Code § 17600 et seq.
