Homeowners and renters typically only cover for ‘perils’ like fire, vandalism and theft. SCW typically protects against accidental damage on portable devices or mechanical breakdowns where your insurance plan may not.

Yes. We just need documentation to establish your ownership.

Yes. SCW plans cover devices up to three years old that have no pre-existing conditions. All products registered must be free from all defects and less than 3 years old.

The maximum payout per twelve month period is $2,500 per plan.

On the thirty-first day after enrollment and you have completed the device registration.

Yes. Unlike other protection programs, SCW protection plans contemplate multiple phones.

This means a single, unexpected, sudden and unintentional event causing the item to break while in use that renders it unsafe or impossible to use, and does not include accumulated damage from continual or multiple events. Note: Major appliances do not qualify for ADH.
